WEmpower Pakistan was built by young Pakistani researchers who knew firsthand how much harder it is to move forward without the right doors open. So we opened them, together, and we have not stopped since.

Our story
From a shared frustration
to a movement.
WEmpower Pakistan started with a simple but powerful observation: women in Pakistani STEM were doing the work, but not getting the opportunities. The talent was there. What was missing was the bridge.
A collective of young Pakistani researchers decided to build that bridge themselves. What began as a small community has grown into a registered organisation with members across Pakistan and 8 countries beyond, running webinars, certified courses, a weekly newsletter, and one of the only global mentorship networks built specifically for Pakistani women in STEM.
We are not a passive advocacy group. We are a functional engine for career growth, and everything we build is designed to move women from where they are to where they deserve to be.

To empower women in STEM through structured education, cross-border mentorship, and equitable access to high-impact opportunities, enabling them to dismantle institutional barriers and assume leadership positions in their fields.

To foster a progressive, inclusive future where women are equally represented in STEM ecosystems globally, and are actively leading technological innovation, environmental sustainability, and socio-economic development.

Empowerment through Education
We go beyond awareness. Every course, webinar, and lecture series we run is built to supplement what universities teach, with the industry-validated, real-world skills that actually move careers forward. Learning here leads somewhere.

Representation in STEM
We amplify women in spaces they have historically been excluded from, including advanced labs, engineering floors, and technical leadership. Visibility is not a bonus, it is the point.
