Dr. Ayeesha Mujeeb is a research scientist whose work sits at the intersection of peptide synthesis, coral 3D printing, and applied biotechnology. She has spent years in the lab on the interdisciplinary edge of materials and life sciences, and she brings that same experimental, systems-first thinking to how WEmpower Pakistan is built.
As a Director, Ayeesha leads the organisation's overall strategy, external partnerships, and global community growth. Since founding, she has been the person setting the direction — deciding which programs to launch, which institutions to partner with, and how to make sure every initiative meaningfully moves Pakistani women in STEM forward, rather than just visibly existing.
